Althea Ender is an estate planning attorney at Collier Law in Salem, Oregon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Althea has always been drawn to the variety of family dynamics and the power of personal choice.  She grew up as the youngest of three in the Portland area, then went to Washington, D.C. to study international relations and environmental science.  After graduating, Althea studied Mandarin Chinese in Qingdao, China, before returning to Portland to study law.  As a law student, Althea supported a Wage Claim Clinic focused on day laborers and clerked at a law firm that translated individual stories of workplace abuse into legislative policy changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Althea\u2019s first law firm position after becoming a licensed attorney made her responsible for reviewing a large volume of Last Will and Testaments.  Therefore, her guiding people through their options for end of life and post-death planning was a natural fit.  Althea opened a solo practice in Estate Planning before joining the team at Collier Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her free time, Althea enjoys soccer, reading speculative fiction, and playing outdoors with family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
