Born and raised on the Oregon Coast in Pacific City, Xavie has a deep-rooted connection to Oregon’s natural land and agricultural heritage. As an estate planning and administration attorney, Xavie is passionate about helping individuals and families plan for the future and protect what they have spent their lives building.
A particular area of interest lies at the intersection of estate planning, agriculture, and family-owned land. Xavie values the opportunity to work with farming families and agricultural landowners to develop thoughtful estate plans that honor family histories and keep Oregon farms and land in family ownership.
Outside of her legal practice, Xavie enjoys exploring the world and experiencing different cultures and foods. Travels have included Thailand, Laos, Ecuador, Fiji, Costa Rica, Mexico, Canada, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, England, Croatia, Italy (three times and counting), and Austria, with more destinations still to come. These experiences have fostered a deeper appreciation for the diverse ways people, families, and communities establish roots and preserve their histories, which influences Xavie in her daily work.
In her free time, you can find Xavie at home with a book, out for a run with her dogs, or cooking and baking for her husband & family.
